As a non profit career coach, I will take you through a reflective process of identifying what matters to you most, figuring out what gives you energy and what skills you want to use. We then create a strategy that moves you towards your goals - whether it's full-time, part-time, consulting, or something in between.

Deepen your awareness
We start by looking broadly at your life. We'll set goals and envision what you want to be true.
Acknowledge what is getting in your way
We explore the assumptions you’re making, the limiting beliefs you carry, and inner voices of self doubt that creep up. We work on trying new approaches, unlearning what hasn’t served you, and making shifts.
Create a path forward
We name what matters to you most - and identify your values and priorities. We'll identify what gives you energy in your day to day and discover career pathways that allow you to leverage your strengths. Finally, we'll create a plan, whether to kick off a job search, work towards an internal promotion, or plan for a future change.

Empowered Search Program
RECOMMENDED FOR:
- Active job seekers who have clarity about the roles they want and need help refining their strategy
- Job seekers who want 1:1 support from a coach and executive recruiter
ONE PAYMENT OF $3,000 OR 3 PAYMENTS OF $1,000
Career Transition Coaching
RECOMMENDED FOR:
- Individuals re-entering the workforce after taking time away
- Job seekers who haven’t searched for a new role in quite some time
- Job seekers looking to make a larger career pivot (maybe across industries or sectors)
One payment of $4,200 or 3 payments of $1,400
