The Leadership Circle 360° Profile (LCP) is a tool designed to help you step back, lift up a mirror, and see yourself clearly — not only as others see you, but as the assumptions and tendencies beneath the surface are shaping your leadership.
It doesn’t just measure what you do as a leader — it also uncovers the internal beliefs and habits of thought that drive your behaviors. The result is a powerful picture of your leadership that integrates two key lenses:
Creative Competencies
The strengths that make you effective — such as authenticity, systems thinking, and mentoring.
Reactive Tendencies
The automatic responses we fall back on under stress — such as people-pleasing, controlling, or protecting.
This combination gives you both feedback from those around you (managers, peers, direct reports) and insight into your own patterns, so you can see not just your outcomes, but the “why” behind them.
Reflective Leader Coaching Package

You’ll invite colleagues, supervisors, and direct reports to provide feedback.
Take the Assessment
You’ll complete a self-assessment alongside the feedback from others.
Receive Your Profile
A detailed, visually rich report shows your results — including both competencies and underlying tendencies.
Guided Debrief
We’ll meet for a deep dive conversation where I help you interpret the results and connect them to your leadership challenges and goals.
Next Steps
